Aubrey and Lisa Miller are the owners of It's Your Party Entertainment. Lisa founded It's Your Party in the spring of 2000 and Aubrey joined It's Your Party Entertainment in the February 2003. Their commitment to excellence and dedication has resulted in hundreds of happy couples as well as having earned the coveted Wedding Survey.com DJ of the Year award. Aubrey and Lisa are very proud of the award given to them by Modern Bride Magazine for the years 2006 and 2007, naming them as one of the 'Top DJs in the Nation". Also just released from The Knot.com Magazine a listing as 'Best of 2008' for the Southwest region.'The award winning recognition was given for their work of personalizing their events through the use of their unique Love Stories and other works.
Lisa currently serves as a National Vice President for N.A.M.E, the National Association of Mobile Entertainers, the largest DJ association in the United States. Lisa also has served locally as an executive board member for the Arizona State chapter of the American Disc Jockey Association (AZADJA) since its inaugural board in 2002, and stepped down in 2005 to become the entertainment chair for the 2006 National Conference for the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE). Aubrey also has served on the local boards of the ADJA and NACE. In addition, he served as entertainment co-chair, focusing his efforts on the NACE conference for over 600 event professionals from around the country. Lisa and Aubrey are dedicated to continually raising their skill levels by attending educational seminars nationally and locally and are actively involved in networking for new and innovative ideas with other professional mobile DJ's.
In addition to being actively involved in the local and national disc jockey community, they are also very active in the local wedding community in Phoenix. Lisa and Aubrey are both sitting board members of the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE).
As part of her continuing education, Lisa has recently completed her coursework as a certified wedding consultant (C.W.C.) through Independent Wedding Consultants of America.
Natives of the Northwest, Aubrey and Lisa both moved to the Phoenix area in 1991 to attend Arizona State University although they did not cross paths until many years later. Aubrey graduated from ASU with a degree in finance in 1997 and received his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix in 2001. Lisa is currently pursuing her degree in marketing from University of Phoenix. Aubrey and Lisa were married in October of 2004 at the Millennium Resort in Scottsdale. At present time, their family consists of two dogs, four cats, two lovebirds, and a fish pond full of Koi!
